AMS Ltd was established by Martin "Lew" Lewis with over 30 years Military and Commercial Diving & Marine experience set up the company in 2006 to assist Clients who require to use Diving/ROV & Marine Service contractors and Subsea Installation contracts but require technical expertise asisstance to ensure all requirements are inplace such as: Legal requirements, documentation requirements, minimum staffing levels on sites, RAMS procedures, equipment audits, certification of personnel.
AMS Ltd also offer Consultancy for Export and Inter Array Subsea Cable Installation in the Offshore Renewables and Diving/ROV intervention. We also supply Consultancy for subsea installation contracts in the Oil and Gas and Onshore Marine/Civil Engineering and Utilities Sectors.

Preparation of scopes of work for the client.
Review contract bids from diving/rov contractors in line with the client ITT bid documents relating to the scopes required.
Air/SAT dive audits carried out under ADC/ IMCA guidelines.
Client Representative's onshore/offshore to monitor the daily operations and provide daily reports. "eyes and ears for the client on site"
Attend/input on hazard identification risk assessments (HIRA's).
Consultants to be an integral part of the client's bid evaluation team.

Due to our in-house technical ability we are able to overcome problems and difficulties that may be present on specific contracts and to date we have always provided an acceptable solution to any challenge presented, which has often involved an innovative approach.
All personnel provided by AMS Ltd conform to our own stringent standards together with the standards set by the Health and Safety Executive and any other relevant regulatory bodies any other training required can be carried out to meet our client requirements.
We are registered Underwater Engineering Contractor with the U.K. Health and Safety Executive. Our H.S.E. Registration Number is 2663. AMS work to the DWR 1997 regulations for both Commercial diving Inshore/offshore ACOPS and IMCA/ADC guidelines.
